An overview of Multi-level Marketing (MLM)
Multi-level marketing, or MLM, (Also know as network marketing) is the practice of selling products or services through multiple levels of independent sales representatives (reps). The concept is that a representative who enters the MLM network sells directly to customers and also recruits new representatives that will in turn sell the products and recruit new reps. Each rep earns commissions on sales they make, sales made by their direct recruits, and sales made by all of the representatives recruited beneath them. This ever growing base of representatives is known as an MLM Downline.
